Parole

Services

Parole

When the client is eligible for parole, we assist with the presentation to the Board of Pardons and Paroles. We also provide representation at parole revocation hearings.

Board Presentation

Inmates in Texas prisons become eligible for parole after serving a certain amount of time and after earning a certain amount of good time.  Once your loved one is eligible for parole, let us develop a release plan and parole packet to increase the likelihood of making parole.

Parole Revocation Representation

Parolees are required to comply with certain basic conditions and some special conditions depending on the conviction. Basic conditions include reporting to parole and obeying local and federal laws. A violation report will be prepared if the parolee is accused of noncompliance.

If your freedom is in jeopardy, you are entitled to representation at a parole revocation hearing.  At the hearing you can present evidence that you did not violate conditions of parole and evidence of how well you have done on parole.

Special Review

Inmates denied parole may be able to request a special review if the original decision to deny parole is based on erroneous information or other error.
